Great service, Thank you to the manager for adjusting the lighting in the store for my son who has complex health issues. It made a big difference.
Always a good shoe fitting experience that seems to truly care about the customer. Have been a few times and had lovely advice. However, one particular recommendation, the crocs recommended for my boy seemed very snug. I wanted a size up, but the attendant said there was plenty of room at the front. After 2 months, the crocs started causing blisters on the midfoot as they were too tight and so we didn't get much use from that pair and had to buy the size up.
Very much appreciate the care and attention Shoes & Sox give to kids getting their first shoes for primary school! Dale, in particular, helped make the experience of getting ready for big school such a fun and special one for me and my kid. Thank you!
Great service! The attendant, I think her name was Shona, was extremely patient and knowledgeable which made buying an overwhelming experience of buying kids shoes a breeze
