Very good experience here when l had to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my nieces, l also had to return a pair as it was too big, l had my niece with me, she eas a bit disappointed that her high heel shoes did not come in her size, girl at shop, showed her different types of shoes to cheer her up, my niece ended up buying a pair she liked amd she is having a good wear out of them, so is her sister, we also bought dressy socks for the shoes. I been to the store today.i been standing there for twenty minutes holding a shoe to ask about the sizing.both of the girls they even didn't say,"hi".both was helping other customers walking around ignoring me.i can understand they have to help other customers first who they are serving already.but atleast greet other customers too who are willing to buy something. I was just standing there because my daughter need shoes on monday,otherwise i will never wait there too long.worst service i have ever had.
