Extremely poor service. I drove 35min specifically to go to this shop to buy my son shoes. I have previously had good service and a good outcome with the shoes. This time the person who served me spoke to me with disgust, she was rude, did not communicate when I asked for sizing, was not helpful, was abrupt, and made me feel like I was a pain! I wanted to buy the shoes but I could not get past how poor the service was and how it made me feel. No manager available to speak to about my experience. Would not recommend! Attended... read more
They have a great variety of shoes for kids, and the staff was very kind, too.
Best place to buy kids’ shoes! The manager, Sparrow, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is outstanding highly recommend!
