Very expensive breakfast. Two of us had French toast which consisted of two very skinny pieces of bread and served lukewarm. The other had scrambled egg with bacon and a few potatoes with one slice of toast. We had three coffees. Bill was 63.00 before tip. Outrageous for what we got. We had to ask for more coffee.

The atmosphere and ambiance were lovely!! The food was terrible! Overpriced, flavorless and downright worst restaurant I've been to in years! I had the Chicken Panini with brie... except there was maybe a tiny sliver of brie, Chicken was fatty, flavorless and over cooked. The French onion soup was sad broth. I would never waste money here again. Additionally, while I was trying to eat, the server cleaned the table next to me - misting my arm and food with cleaning product. Excellent pastrami Reubens. Meatball sub was very tasty but too much sauce even after requesting light sauce. Good service.
This place is normally great. a few weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars but I went in recently they had changed there tomato soup from thick and flavorful to thin and store bought. my matcha latte I ordered with no sweetener came sweetened and when I asked the waiter for an unsweetened one he got a bit angry with me. This is nowhere near the level of service I have come to expect from shoes cup and cork and I am very disappointed because it used to be really great.
