Their professionalism is performing their duties as maintenance engineers has exceeded all of my expectations. The owner and their entire team’s goal is to ignore maintenance and fake invoices to take as much as they can from your deposit. They were aware the oven wasn’t working but didn’t tell me before I move in. I put in work order, email, calling them to replace the oven. Nothing. After a month, after countless calling, they send three different people just to measure! I wonder how are they billing the owner of the house.
