If there was an option for -0 stars that is what I’d provide. Owner knows plumbing wasn’t worked in over a week. Asked to be put in a room with family bc we do pay our rent on time or early. There should be no problem with helping us but I’ve been given the run around. I have a household of 5 and both restrooms are backed up.
Filed a HUD complaint against them. My new neighbors smoke in their apartment and smoke comes into mine. I am extremely allergic to smoke, had to get 2 prescriptions, and was forced out of my home for several days . They wouldn't approve window screens so I could air out my apartment. I even offered to pay for them but they wouldnt send someone to measure and install.
