As a widow I depend on reliable service and advice. Shoemaker Heating and Plumbing has always provided that for me. In the past two years they have installed a tankless hot water heater and a new garbage disposal. Before that they installed a new heat pump. Annually I have them service my HVAC system. They have been reliable and cost effective. And they have always been careful to clean up after themselves. Shoemaker came out three different times over the course of several months, to look at my furnace, and *never* successfully repaired it. The recommendation was that I had an "off brand' furnace, and i needed to replace it. This is a Nordyne that's about 7 years old! In spite of this, the had no problem billing me over $600! Will never use them again, won't ever recommend them to anyone. Stay away! (I'm giving them one star, only because I'm not permitted to give them zero.)

Shoemaker plumbing worked on our house during a major remodeling. The problems that we encountered were many. Every bathroom leaked and in two of the bathrooms the leaking pipes caused damage to our wall and cabinets. They had to come back to our house multiple times to fix the leaking pipe from one of the bathrooms. They installed three shower/bathtubs and everyone of them leaked - significantly!
