Disgusting place. Avoid!
Eaten at Shoeless many times... this place is nice other servers tried to help but our server was horrible. Olivia our server came by after we were sat and said she would be back in a minute we then waited for about 15 mins before anyone approached us to ask if we had drinks taken yet by another server, she took our drink order drinks came with our original server who finally took an order from us. Maybe put signs up that you're closed for business?
Had a reservation for 25 of my family for the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul Fight. When I arrived at the door prior to my cousins coming I was met with a temporary closed note. Had to scramble to find another spot (shoesless in Hamilton). Missed part of my cousins fight. Very unprofessional not calling their customers who had reservations and almost ruined our entire night!
