Went to Shoe Warehouse yesterday and was served by Will. He was extremely good at his job, very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. Also knowledgeable about the product. Shop was very clean and well laid out, with lots of great prices.
Mum bought wrong size shoes for my daughter, I took them back with no receipt and the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back soon

I have been to Shoe Warehouse at Forest Hill a couple of times recently to buy my kids’ shoes. Both times we were served by a lovely guy whose name I think was Mitch. I really appreciated his manner with my two very excited children and he was really helpful with styles and sizes. I’ll definitely be returning.
