Mum bought wrong size shoes for my daughter, I took them back with no receipt and the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back soon
Shopped on Saturday. Excellent staff who were very helpful, shop was well organised and busy. Good range of shoes, would shop here again. A+
I have been to Shoe Warehouse at Forest Hill a couple of times recently to buy my kids’ shoes. Both times we were served by a lovely guy whose name I think was Mitch. I really appreciated his manner with my two very excited children and he was really helpful with styles and sizes. I’ll definitely be returning.
Customer service is bad. Staff don’t seem to be interested in selling shoes.Also one of the sales lady is definitely a racist
