Really disappointing experience at Shoe Warehouse in Forest Hill today. I’ve shopped here before and had great service from a gentleman, so this visit was shocking. Today there was only one staff member (an older lady), and the whole time I felt like I was being rushed. She kept telling me there was another customer waiting, which made it feel like she was impatient for me to leave ASAP instead of actually being helped. The membership situation was confusing. Went to Shoe Warehouse yesterday and was served by Will. He was extremely good at his job, very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. Also knowledgeable about the product. Shop was very clean and well laid out, with lots of great prices.
Mum bought wrong size shoes for my daughter, I took them back with no receipt and the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back soon
