Our first time renting and it has been a great experience at Shodeen Residence at Mill Creek. Shodeen takes a personal approach and truly cares about the tenants and the properties. Maintenence is immediately addressed, cleaning, plowing and mowing is like clockwork and management is always available, responsive and reasonable. There are abundant walking trails and parks with benches to kick back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The building is well built, quiet and tastefully appointed. Very communicative management. Maintenance responds to any concerns quickly. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Dog-friendly neighborhood with lots of walking trails. Overall, a very peaceful place to live.
Shodeen Residence at Mill Creek is a great place to live. The property managers are helpful and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and well cared for. I've been a resident for 3 years and have enjoyed living close to nature resources, as well as less than 15 minute drive to downtown Geneva and the Metra train station. I have found it a very nice community to share with others.
I have lived at Millcreek for over 6 years. It has become my home. The management is continually trying to provide a sense of community that is geared toward everyone young & old. From Kane County Cougar Nights Out to Backyard Barbecue’s in the Courtyard. Millcreek has something for everyone. The management does a great job dealing with apartment living situations that come up, Quickly and Discreetly. I would recommend Millcreek to any of my friends looking for a place to live.
