We are so grateful to have called Shoda Sewer Service! After some bad experiences and even worse customer service with RotoRooter, Shoda's showed up within an hour of our call and had the problem fixed in less than an hour of being here! Both Mark and Shane were incredibly helpful, honest, and straight forward with us! They are a great company! We highly recommend and will be using them in any future endeavors.

The staff at Shoda Sewer Service are very knowledgeable and always professional. I never have to worry about my daycare kids seeing or hearing anything inappropriate.
Dennis, the owner, and Mark, the founders' grandson, were especially great to observe along with their team of Chris and Terry. When the owner was out of earshot, the employees even said nice things about the owner, even though they teased him while they kept working. After calling Dennis and speaking with him several times he assured us that they could get the problem taken care of in a timely manner and we could be using our water again the same night. His guys came out fixed it and charged us about $50 bucks less than another company here in Ft. Wayne. Thank you Shoda Sewer Service! For your great work and reasonable prices!
