We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system.
