So far the property team is really great love them. I got my keys on Thursday and went to go move things in but there is only a key code for the front door. The back door has a place for a key fob to scan but the property hasn’t made fobs to open the back door. The only way you can enter is the front door with the code meaning if you pay $100+ for a parking spot, you will need to walk around the entire building just to get in. I have lived here for six months, and it has not been a great experience. Management is unresponsive half the time and there are recurring issues that are left unaddressed such as packages being stolen from the lobby due to lack of mail lockers or secure storage, and illegal parking in the lot without towing. I will say that maintenance is great, but not sure it’s worth the price for the state of the apartment and management issues.
