Was told there would be parking, then after I signed the lease and was rushed through the apartment tour and hurried, I was then told there was no parking for my specific building. As well as no internet, no built-in microwave, nor direct tv. False advertisement on thalhimer's behalf, this is basically for people who spend no time in their apartment or who have the money to live in a no park zone busy downtown area. Great building, Excellent Location Karen Hockett at Thalhimer is wonderful. Building is clean, close to everything. My only problem with the whole things is internet and cable are included in all utilities. Internet Package is really horrible and someone who works from home half the time this is really a problem. There is not even an option to upgrade for myself. I would just dump both direct TV and the Internet and go with Fios or Comcast, like the rest of their buildings. Thalhimer had no plan in place to manage this property, it's easier to pull teeth than to get maintenance support and you have to raise hell to get a response to an email.
