This is absolutely a top tier company. They know their stuff. They are prompt. They communicate well. They take good care of their customer. Would highly recommend to anyone. One a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them border line 11.
This is my second time using Shockley's. I called them to get my upstairs heater running. Reese and Glenn got it running without 800 dollars in parts I was previously quoted. Turns out the nest thermostat previously installed was incorrectly wired. They are honest and dependable.
