You want the BEST heat and air company? This is your place! I have used Shockley's numerous times over the past several years. Just last week, I called the day after Christmas with a small issue and Nathan showed up a few hours later. Unbelievable! These are the most honest, dependable, reliable people I have ever dealt with. I can't say enough good things about this company, the owner and the employees.
I replaced two units on both side sides of my house after a complete remodel. Nathan was informative, fair and accommodating. The techs on his crew were conscientious and respectful while in my home. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, I would recommend Nathan with Shockleys Heat And Air!

Great company. They took great care of me. Got my ac up and running while waiting for a part. Always upfront and no sticker shock when you get the bill. The way companies should be.
My air conditioner went out and it was hot and uncomfortable. I called Shockley's after receiving a recommendation but it was a few minutes after they had closed. I left a text. Early the next morning they texted me back to make arrangements to come out that day. They kept in touch and soon the air conditioner was back up and running.
