We had Shockleys come out and install a new Vent hood for our new range in our new kitchen, including venting it through the roof. They did an excellent job. Chad is very personable, professional, prompt and communicative! His guys that came to do the job were processional, polite, hard working and prompt as well! Great service at a reasonable price! If we ever need any services they perform, we will definitely be calling them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nathan was amazing! I had several quotes for my aging coils and condenser. Most other companies convinced me that I really need to replace my system which clearly had a refrigerant leak. Nathan gave me several options including repairing or replacing. We ultimately chose to repair and they had all the work done the next day for $1700 including the very pricy r22. I normally don’t leave Google reviews, but I felt compelled to write this because of how far above and beyond Shockley's Heat & Air went for me. I had a cat get stuck in the air ducts under my mom’s house just one day before cleaning crews were scheduled to come prepare it for sale, and I honestly didn’t even know if the cat was alive or dead and it felt completely hopeless. Quality products, top notch service, on time, and reliable. Nathan and his team delivered a quality experience from quote to final inspection.
