I was an employee- dental assistant in the early 80's for Dr. Shockley. He is an excellent dentist and I saw his work firsthand. He has a high standard of care for his patients!
Dr. Shockley has been my dentist since the 1980's. He and his staff treat patients with friendliness and respect. Furthermore, Dr. Shockley does what he is trained to do very well, but when I have presented a dental problem beyond his training, he has sent me to specialists. The office folks treat everyone as if they were family.
Skilled dentist. Good with kids. Great sense of humor.
When I relocated to Portage 17-yrs ago I asked a colleague for a recommendation for a dentist. he referred me to Dr. Shockley and my family has used him exclusively ever since. Could not possibly be happier with our experience. We trust him completely and his staff is a delight. Two thumbs up. More correctly, eight thumbs up.
I started going to Dr. Shockley simply because he was next door to work and I could go early before work. I've stuck there because the hygienists are great, Dr. Shokcley is terrific (and funny) and the service is top notch. Fortunately it works out well with insurance too! I definitely recommend Dr. Shockley.
