Kathryn helped us buy our car - she was professional and kind. We came in knowing what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay. After being jerked around by Toyota across the street, Honda was a refreshing experience. We weren’t pressured to buy extra maintenance plans and warranty's we didn’t want.
