I had a great experience with Ourisman Honda. I came in with a difficult situation. However, they were kind, helpful and very understanding. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or on edge. My salesman and the sales manager made my experience perfect. We now have a great Honda and I am thankful to them for helping me have this new CRV. I give them 10 stars if it was possible. Simplified, streamlined process. No pressure as they are non-commissioned salespeople. This dealership worked tirelessly to get the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. Laid back but professional, clean environment. Highly recommend!
If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. They’re dishonest and won’t honor a warranty. I’m completely disgusted by how my situation was handled by the service department there.I’m strongly considering reporting them to the Maryland Attorney General’s Office and Honda Corporation. Consumers have rights and I feel that we’re being held hostage on a repair that should’ve been covered under warranty. We’re from out of town and asked for help- I can’t believe this is the kind of service people around here find acceptable. No empathy, young kid answered the phone with no customer service skills. Just wow… I will never buy another Honda again.
Atrocious communication with Garrett and the used car department. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
