I went to the dealership to have my car serviced. Had the regular service oil changed, tires rotated. The service was fine. My car has locking lug nuts. Fast forward a few months. I just had a flat tire and the key to unlock the lug nuts, the 4 additional lug nuts, the case were all missing, no where to be found. You know what comes next, had to call a tow truck, pay for the tow, get the tire repaired, and get an uber to get home. On Tuesday I came across a 24 Honda civic si, called and spoke with Matthew . I got the purchase order and everything approved by my bank. Called Matthew back to let him know that I was on my way with the down payment and told him the check was on its way. He said okay I have it on hold for you. Called an hour or so later again to give him an update on my eta since I was traveling from Fredericksburg, VA and he told me that his manager didn’t know the car was on hold and showed it to other people. Overall a positive buying process. I ran into an issue with the car shortly after purchase, and had some issues with communication with the dealership. Once contact was made, we were able to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily. The car has since gotten me from Canada and back and been a reliable vehicle.
I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable and quick to help or answer any questions I had. 10/10 would come here for another car!
