I just had Shockley come out for the first time ever to diagnose some circuit issues, GFI, dead outlets, breaker replacements, in an older investment property. This was my first interaction, and now I have an electrician. They were competitive, not looking for unnecessary charges, effective and finished the job, meaning not just doing their work but returning the property to it's appropriate condition. Just completed my 4th job with Christian. As always, Christian returned my call in a timely manner and came to inspect the job the same day. He gave a fair price and scheduled the installation within a week of my call. He and his team, Ian and Gavin, arrived at the quoted time and worked efficiently with little disruption. From large jobs (electrical panel replacement) to small (ceiling fan installation), they've performed quality work. Will definitely be using them again.
Christian and his team have worked on multiple projects for me across multiple homes. The response time, professionalism, communication, and price have made me a return customer. The bigger companies in the area have long wait times and terrible pricing. Shockley is transparent, efficient, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.
Replaced 54 year old main breaker cabinet. Beautiful job. On time and very responsive to concerns. Whole crew of 5 guys efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Replaced also 5 fixtures knocked out by power line fallen tree disaster next door. Reasonable charge. Our electrician from now on.
