I called Shockwave Electric to get an estimate for an alarm system for my house. Derek meet with me the next day for over an hour and we discussed alarm options. Derek helped me pick a dependable low cost system. Derek worked tirelessly for several days installing the alarm system and making sure it functioned properly. The original electrician I had called was not capable of performing the job duties for which I needed, so he passed me along to Shock Wave. I spoke with Rachel and made an appointment for Derek to come out to my house immediately. I was throwing a party and my Jacuzzi went hay wire. He came out right away, fixed the problem and charged me next to nothing. He was very helpful, and patient with me. He took his time explaining what was wrong so I could understand.
