ShockSurplus, What can i say. They shipped the wrong shocks for my Jeep. I have recipe's and shipping label and emails to prove it. I even took pictures of the shocks with part numbers that was stamped right on the shocks along with the model of the vehicle they are made for. It was not a good experience trying to get a return label. At first they would talk to me over the phone and by email. Received the incorrect parts and told I’d receive the correct replacements in a couple days. Well, I received the tracking number and it’s going to take a week. Shock Surplus needs to get their act together and make sure the correct parts are shipped out and when not, get the correct replacements sent out immediately. Total waste of time dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your parts.
