I personally don't even like ice cream but I take my family and friends there whenever we can and always good service and excellent ice cream. Top notch.
So frustrated. My family and I just drove 35 minutes to the store to find it closed. We even called 3 times before heading out and it stated that they couldn't answer because they were with customers. The hours they stated and on facebook indicated that they would be open. Very disappointed.
the place is incredible and the people and service is amazing. The ice cream is amazing and you can make almost anything. This past summer they had bubble waffle cones and cotton candy cones.
Was not worth the 40 minute drive to this place. Not very clean. Boxes all over the place. Need to be updated.
Place is amazing! we live in Hicksville and my little sister said it was worth the drive. She loved it and definitely wants to come back ♥️
So yesterday my boyfriends and I drove all the way from Garden City with our friend out to West Hampton Beach just for Shock! It was a great experience, an older lady who seemed to be the manager or owner helped us out and was great to us. We really enjoyed the waffle cones, go for them over the cotton candy ones! (Which is what I got but it's overrated!) They make them fresh for you right there and it melts the ice cream and breaks apart so easily in your mouth.
