Dr. Shobit is very rude and does not provide bedside manner or common courtesy or hospitality. He cut me off when i tried expressing each of my concerns and just would not listen to me. He was rushing me through my visit and dismissed me so rudely when my appointment was complete. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Rastogi was a breath of fresh air! Kind, compassionate, calming, and explained everything very well. I feel I'm in great hands for my surgery tomorrow.
Dr Rastogi he is very bad . he doesn’t know anything about Glaucoma . he did glaucoma surgery Since 12/2018 until today I have to much problems … (I have to much to say about him) I will say all my story about him- he used to work in Brooklyn and left Brooklyn to NC
Enjoyed my visits with dr. Rastogi. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and did excellent work.
My mother went to see Dr. Rastogi, but just cancelled all future appts with him including a 2nd eye surgery. We will find another ophthalmologist. At her last appt, Dr. Rastogi was very impatient and expressed annoyance with my mother. She had concerns and was reluctant about a 2nd glaucoma & cataract surgery. I know that he wanted to help her by doing a 2nd surgery, but he had terrible bedside manner and did not express empathy or compassion about her fears.
