Pabitra is so pleasant and always does such a great job! I don't have much brow hair to work with, but she always manages to make them look clean and perfect when she touches them up!
Walked in to buy sugaring gel for my friend. Door was locked. I called and was told that only one person was working and had to wait about 20 minutes for her to finish with her client. Once she finished, I grabbed the sugaring gel and was ready to pay, but the lady didn't know how to scan the item and wasted another 10 minutes on the phone with someone and told us to come back after already waiting for 30 minutes to buy one of their products.
