I am writing about a visit today, separate from my past experience here..My child had an 11:30 AM appt today. I called ahead because I was about 10 mins late & was told to come in. When I arrived I stood at the check in window before being helped. Front desk staff member Laura then said I could not be seen due to the “10-minute late policy,” stating I checked in at 11:42. Our experience w Dr. Pandian was deeply concerning. For months I repeatedly shared worries about my infant’s symptoms, vomiting, distress, & a major drop in growth to below the 1st percentile.
