They treat you when you are there but if you need FMLA paperwork to be received via fax or the correct refills called in you can forget about it. My mom has went from living a normal life at 44 to being disabled overnight and I have been trying to get them to receive FMLA paperwork electronically for 4 weeks bc I work during their office hours. I need time off work without being penalized to take her to the doctor. I’m going to have to be late to work tomorrow, and get penalized, to PHYSICALLY hand deliver paperwork to this ... read more

The staff does its best to serve you in the fastest and most efficient manner. Some days they are busier than others, but typical wait time has been 20-30 minutes. Most depends on which doctor you use. They also Check out any health problems that you complain about. This is very different from my previous doctor, which would shrug everything off! That is why I changed to SPC over 10 years ago.

RecommendedThey have diagnosed several issues I have that (4) other physicians and CRNPs missed. My meds have been radically changed and I feel so much better. They have helped with my horrible weight gain and I am down by 30lbs. I still have a ways to go but, dropping 30lbs has been a sea change for my mind and body. The office personnel are really thorough and helpful, they do go out of their way to accomodate my needs, forms, refferals, accessory appointments.
