Never even made it to the doctor. Receptionist are EVERYTHING. Speaking with attitude and acting irritated are not profeasional. I told the receptionist I felt she was irritated with me and she no just doing my job making sure my boss doesn't get mad. I said I understand that have a blessed day goodbye. She flat out hung up on me. People can't even discuss anything anymore people are so aggressive. Tacky and rude.

We used to use Dr Carter, but he left for another practice in California. When he left, we were swapped to Dr Moore. She has never been anything but amazing to my boys. She's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has an incredible bedside manner both with the children and with the parents. We've used her for probably 7 years now, and I have 0 complaints. You forgot to tip your server Dr. Moore, and instead you left a mean spirited remark? That was very unkind!! The world cannot revolve around you just because you are a rich doctor, I am very very sorry your experience wasn't Exactly what you wanted, but you were very very well taken care of the entire meal. That was a very very cruel thing you did, and at Christmas time, when every little penny counts. If this is the type of person you are out in public, I wonder what type of doctor you could be?!!?
