Absolute trash facility why they spent money to move to a bigger spot when they can't take care of veterans is crazy. Eligibility office don't even have common since on who's eligible for what, and barley answer the phone anyways. Disgusting waste of money, and horrible look, actually exactly the look people expect from tbe VA. Sad.
I was scheduled for an appointment with a provider whom I had explicitly stated I did not want to see. Despite my concerns, I was told she was the only provider available within the next six months, so I reluctantly accepted the appointment. Upon arriving, I was informed that the provider had been told I did not want to see her, yet she was still given my information.
