I've been having my utes serviced by these guys since buying them new, and have never had a problem, however, never again. I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the service dept. I had an issue that took only minutes to resolve (by a third party) but I was told there was nothing they could do for at least a month. I found them rude, dismissive and most unhelpful. Sorry guys, but for the sake of maybe 5 minutes work, you've lost two customers.
Very poor servicing department. No loan car to offer. Very poor customer waiting area with a high smell of methane.
