This would have to be the worst car service dealership in the shoalhaven. You Report issues to them for the 17yr old energy drinking textbook mechanic to tell you there’s no problem. You get told to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours to wait for a “technician” to have a drive with to physically show them the noise to be told the mechanics were not notified. I've been having my utes serviced by these guys since buying them new, and have never had a problem, however, never again. I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the service dept. I had an issue that took only minutes to resolve (by a third party) but I was told there was nothing they could do for at least a month. I found them rude, dismissive and most unhelpful. Sorry guys, but for the sake of maybe 5 minutes work, you've lost two customers.

Very poor servicing department. No loan car to offer. Very poor customer waiting area with a high smell of methane.
