I can't say enough nice things about the owners and manager of the Shoal Flats properties! I'm a senior citizen and have owned and rented many properties, and never have my wife and me been treated so well and enjoyed A+++ 5-Star property management. We moved in from out of state and had a house to sell and a unique situation and the property manager and owners were so accommodating and helpful we were amazed! The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Shoal Flats for the remainder of my years, and I strongly recommend their properties. I couldn’t be happier!
