Been an amazing experience so far, the management is great to work with and they are very friendly.
I have lived in Duplex for almost three years. I chose this home because the property reviews were good, and the house was newly built. The management team takes care of the property quickly and kindly. When I send an email, I receive a reply fairly quickly. When I request a repair, even for very small issues, they fix it quickly. They also send notice emails in advance for trash pickup, lawn mowing, and other maintenance. This helps me plan my schedule. We’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The property is well-maintained, and the management team and owners are consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their tenants. Any questions or maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both comfortable and valued as a resident, highly recommend!
We absolutely love living here! Candi and her entire family and the team are amazing! They are all very friendly, quick to respond and help if you run into an issue and the property is well kept and updated! I also love that everything is wrapped into 1 price, making bills 10x easier!
I have lived here about 4 years and it is a great place to live. Management is quick to fix any repairs needed. My little dog enjoys her fenced back yard. Quiet even though it is on Panther Way. Really nice neighbors. I will be here as long as I can afford it.
