Highly recommend Lakewood Estates if you are considering renting! The building is well taken care of by other tenants, maintenance, and the property manager. The fitness center was recently renovated and it’s amazing! Underground parking was another awesome amenity that not all rental companies offer in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Maintenance is done in a very reasonable time frame and I’ve never had an issue getting ahold of the property manager. I’ve been with IMM for three years and have truly enjoyed my time here.
Ive really enjoyed living here so far. Maintenance is super quick and actually fixes things the right way the first time. The leasing managers are really friendly and easy to talk to, which makes everything way less stressful. The people living here are also pretty respectful and chill. One of my favorite things is how clean everything stays, especially the shared spaces like the gym, hallways, lounge areas, and outside. My boyfriend and I absolutely love living here! We were so happy with our experience that we even upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Melanie helped us right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We have never had any issues with noise, and the community is very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I moved to Mandan from Boise, Idaho. We were really nervous about the cold weather and being someplace brand new. We felt very comfortable and welcome at the Lakewood Estates Apartments. Underground parking was a huge blessing for us in the winter all of our neighbors were very courteous and clean, and the staff was fantastic to work with. My husband and I lived here for the past three years. Are apartment was very comfortable. We loved having an underground parking spot in the winter. The employees were always quick to respond.
