If you can live anywhere else, do it. PACKAGES GO MISSING!!!! They ARE LEFT IN THE FRONT AND RESIDENTS STEAL THEM OFFICE WORKERS SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE CAMERA IS JUST FOR SHOW IT DOESNT POINT TO ANYTHING - I SEEN IT!! The staff was nothing but rude to me at this complex, except Jean G. When I toured the complex, they showed me a very nice unit, but when I moved in, I was in a totally different unit. The floor was scratched, the walls were 3 different colors, my carpet was gross. There was always garbage in the parking garage. They told me I didn’t turn in a move-in checklist, when I had picture proof of turning it in. When I moved out, they told me I had 30 days to receive my deposit. I do not recommend this apartment complex. They wouldn't let me look at the apartment before putting a deposit down. The apartment was dirty when I finally did get the walk through. After moving in, the dishwasher quit working and I put a maintenance order in twice and it was never fixed. The neighbors were extremely loud on weeknights; screaming at children, playing loud music, etc. the place constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, and weed even though it was a smoke free facility.
