After my fall my neighbors were around to pick me up get myself and my dog back into my apartment. Friendly neighbors and maintenance and staff!
Maintenance staff is the only reason we've stayed this long. Property owner/management refuses to pay to fix sewage lines that cause sewage to clog every 3-6 months in the 2-3 buildings in front of the office. When Roto Rooter comes to clear the clog, the pressure causes sewage to spew all over our utility closet and the liquid parts leak into the hallway carpet. Everytime I call for an update on the waitlist I’m always getting bumped down. At first I was 8th on the list and then now I’m 18th. I applied for a studio then I asked for 1 bedroom and they said it would be longer. I think at this point they just take your money.
I have not live there in 7yr but my stay for 2yr was nice people are very nice even when I lock my self out and I work 50min a way and the office would be close I ask them if they could just go unlock my door and when they came out act like they lock it up for and they did. But on movie out I told them I was moving out next month more then a 30day notice she said she need it in writing I said ok so I type it up drop it off in the nite box told them that she said that fine I would leave before they open and get home after tht... read more
