Bad service. If you order AYCE they will seemingly intentionally avoid you so you can’t put orders in, and the orders will take a SUPER LONG TIME to come out. Mind you, there’s a 90 minute time limit. Don’t come here, poor service and questionable business practices.
The food here is decent but the service was so bad that it ruined our experience. We did their dinner AYCE for two. The wait times were ridiculous and the meals were horribly paced, we either had absolutely no food or everything all at once, and there were many long periods of time where we finished eating and were waiting for more or waiting for the waiter to come by. Horrible experience tonight, and I’ll never be back. Sat down, chose the most expensive ayce option, ordered a coke from my waitress, and put an order in for 5 things between 2 people. I proceeded to sit there like a fool for the next 20 minutes before flagging down a waiter. Asked him what the deal was and he told me he’d check on it. 5 minutes later still nothing. Disappointed. I've been here several times, and was very satisfied in the past. However, this time the service was horrible. We were there for much longer than necessary. We ordered the all-you-can-eat. The food took an inordinate amount of time to receive. When we did receive our food, the sushi tasted warm, as if it had been sitting. We had to ask if our food was coming, we had to ask for more water, ask for the empty plates to be taken away, and ask for the check. Very good AYCE menu and variety. The different tiered system is unique. Not a huge fan of the tablet ordering system and the lack of service
