Greet people when they walk into your establishment. Everyone doesn't know you need to make an appointment. Greeting is part of customer service but I forgot where I live. Show love to each other! I'm so glad my son leaving this city. Barbershops shouldn't be for those who know each other but who am I kidding this Tampa. Not knocking nobody skills just the lack of professionalism.
