Not a great place at all. I expressed how I've had bad experiences with salons. And asked the lady to even my hair out from a recent chop. I asked her to keep as much length as possible. The first cut was enough to make me cry. Not only did she chop my hair up worse then my prior experience, it's very uneven and I have to find another hopefully better salon to fix the very uneven haircut. Long story short don't go here. Sho May didn't listen to anything I said, ignored my preferences, said if I cut my hair too short I'd look like a boy (I've had a buzz cut I don't care if I look like a boy), and was rude from the moment I stepped into the shop. She basically gave me a bowl cut when I wanted a short pixie, which I have had many times and have loved but she said I didn't like the cut because I regretted cutting my shoulder length hair short.
