I had a great experience at SHO Japanese Restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The flavors were excellent, and everything was served with care. The atmosphere was welcoming and made for a really enjoyable dining experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, which made the visit even better. The sushi here is incredible. It is made with care and so tasty. They clearly have good intentions and put lots of thought into their food. My family loves the ramen. The servers are fantastic. So friendly and hard working. We come here a lot and are so glad it's in our neighborhood! Only cons: The prices are kind of high, and the seating is a bit strange, but they are trying their best. It has a good atmosphere, family friendly, a bit loud. Has parking. I would like a few new menu items but all in all we love sho!
Good Japanese food place plus good customer service.
I had dinner with my friend last night here. We waited 45 minutes to get food served on table. I asked the young girl for napkins and she just rolled her eyes at me. The food was okay but the service was really bad. Especially if you were an Asian, they would ignore you and roll their eyes at you.
