Supplier of Mcgillvray flooring to my local HH. Zero support! After 2 months the flooring was cracking in traffic areas along seams etc. I installed 2000sq ft of this flooring and right away got a hold of local store and they reached out to this supplier. 8 months later no support. My new house build and they said my sub floor wasn't installed properly (without inspecting i might add!) What a joke! 8 months later I have a house full of garbage flooring and need to replace! I will not be letting this go.

I had installed Engineered flooring ( Connel Hickory Lexington) in 2020. Since that installation the flooring has separated in several spots throughout. I called the Rep in March 2023 and the Rep came in to inspect and he said that it was definitely not an installation or humidity problem. He took pictures to send to the claims department and had me send a sample of the flooring to him. I have not heard a thing from the company in almost 6 months.
