After she had not received a follow-up call regarding some test results, my wife called the office around noon on Friday, July 18 to inquire about next steps. She was told that our PCP was not in that day, but that someone else would be contacting her shortly. Two hours passed and no one called. Very disappointed with the lack of concern and the condescending comments I was given when asking about my moms weight loss over past 4 years…. Well she is in her 90’s. And I can eat 2 of those meals on wheels it’s not much to eat…. And I cannot sprinkle the fountain of youth over her…. OMG! Really I know how old she is and I know she is never gonna be 70 again. But really!!! Those comments were just a few. Lack of bed side manor is an understatement

I have a really hard time with getting my blood drawn for labs and dread it!! But this last time, the woman who did my lab work, Tina, was absolutely wonderful & made me feel so comfortable doing something I absolutely hate. I really appreciated how she went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel embarassed or uncomfortable.
