Don't bother... it takes them 1 month to call you back to schedule an appointment and then quote 6 mth out? Health care is an unbelievable mess
Been trying to get into rheumatologist for months, finally get referred to this office after jumping through hoops for 8 months. They schedule my appointment 3 months out….ok I know times are hard. A month before my appointment they call and tell me I have to reschedule because the provider will be out that day, ok no big deal, when to???? Oh, February. Terrible. No thanks

Hi I am a Care Resources employee and I escorted a participant to her appointment today and she was treated like she had never been here. The black lady that helped me at 1pm was visibly frustrated and she expressed it which I thought was unnecessary and then the MA was unprofessional as well. I hope to never have to interact with these ladies again at all.
