RecommendedThey made it easy to grab boxes and pay after picking at the wagon outside by the field. At 11:00 our rows were somewhat picked over, but that just meant we got to spend more time there. Sometimes we are done in 10 minutes. What we did find were beautiful and delicious.
Our strawberries from Shlagel were absolutely fabulous.
I joined the mailing list, sent in my order by Thursday, used curbside pick-up, and received everything I wanted. The produce and meat are very fresh. The staff is responsive and friendly. #shoplocal

I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten so far! Where else can you find strawberry, blackberry and peach cider locally? 🤔 Ah, nowhere. LOL. The strawberries 🍓 are amazing. I order on Thursday and do curbside pickup on Saturday. Sometimes the wait is long, but totally worth it to get farm fresh produce, local honey and meats. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend this farm.
Great farm produce and meats
Neighbor gifted us with bacon and scrapple from Shlagel Farms. Oh my, both are delicious! We’re St Mary’s County, but will be coming there.
