Came from out of town as we read the amazing reviews. We came to get my engagement ring resized. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it’s because we asked for it to be done sooner or what but the quality of workmanship is not there. I needed to size up and agreed to paying the extra for the extra gold needed. We agreed on a size 8 but when I received it in shop few hours later, it was feeling a wee bit too loose.
