Shiv jewellery is very warm and welcoming the first time I visit the store the girl was polite and patience . I recommend shiv jewellery to anyone thinking to get gifts for their love ones .
Not even a star is warranted, I was referred there by a co worker and being I trusted his judgement I went there, looking for a bracelet with and infinity pendent with my families names on it and a new name plate. Yes I checked out the I.G page, looks amazing, the stuff they offer, well I said they were up for the challenge. Shiv's jewelry did an amazing job with my new chain. They were a great help in providing me different design's to choose from. Quality and friendliness was great!
Left three messages over a week. I finally get a text saying the same as their voicemail. Open afternoon. No phone call back. Just need to clarify the work they do.
I live in the US but I rather getting it from them because when I tell you they are AMAZING. I order a necklace they were quick to respond, email confirmation, and even kept up with me through the process. Definitely will be getting more from them soon!
