Not very good! They under appraised my parents home by more than 10k! They were trying to refinance it and the appraiser compared it homes in a different town that’s a complete dump of a town! Far as I’m concern they don’t know their a** from a hole in the ground!! The appraiser also had an attitude! Do not recommend their low ball appraisals will screw you over just like it screwed my parents on refinancing! Would rate 0 stars if I could.
