Been with this clinic for 4 1/2 years and I have nothing good to say. My only mistake was staying with them with my four dogs over those 4 1/2 years. Their focus is making money and clients can go to hell....that is my opinion based on many disagreements with one of the Doctors. That is my impression of their policies! I could go on but not worth the time or effort. I've had dogs all my life and this is the first clinic I've ever had a problem with.....but they have accused me of being the problem.
Great place to take your furbabies! Entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!
Poor diagnosis and fixation on the money. A very poor way to handle customers and rude. The worst customer service encountered for a long time! The cost twice as much as any other vet around.

Ive been going to Brawley Animal Hospital for over 8 years until today. Horrible customer service! They just lost my business over $15 they were unwilling to waive for a nail trim that I thought was complimentary. They came back and said its only complimentary once a year during an annual visit. Let me just say I never got a complimentary nail trim on her annual visit back in July. They told me my dog had a heart murmur today and that I should come back and get her checked out and have an echo test which costs close to $400.... read more
Very unprofessional !!! Summer has come in the way of a break up and has been posting on behalf of the breakup on social media sites. Will never reccomend!
Called with an emergency as our dog was sick. Receptionist was rude and said no openings for 3 days
I received a substandard annual visit. I was told my dog probably has a tooth infection and I'd need to come back for a cleaning. They just cleaned his teeth!. But it'd be an additional $377. Avoid these girls!
I had taken my dog to them for the first time a couple months ago. My intention was to just have his teeth looked at but I noticed his foot was swollen. When I entered the front office the staff was so welcoming and really vocal towards my dog. I felt really comfortable there. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shivers she imediately turned her attention to his foot area and was very informative and made some very good judgement calls.
