My son and I are Very Happy patients. Dr. Shivers and Hope are absolutely amazing! They are always polite and professional. He is an awesome dentist and does wonderful work! Highly recommend!!!
I have been a patient of this office for over 15 years and even when living out of state I still rely on them for my oral health needs. The level of care and customer service is always top tier. I appreciate Dr. Shivers and his phenomenal staff for all that they do!
Over six months ago August 31 2022 I was at this office, they check my insurance because I want a partial and a tooth filling (no emergency) and told me to wait on my partial until next year to be covered by my insurance and and get me and appointment September 14 2022 to do my filling it was supposed to be covered. Now April 2023 I got a billing for over $600.00
Dr. Shivers is a great dentist! His staff is amazing, they make you feel like family. I have some issues that make me a difficult patient. They went out of the way to work with me. Excellent, caring and professional.
