I was extremely pleased with the service from Shively. I needed them to add 400 amp service to our home for a pool install happening. I first met with Ryan Smith he was very helpful in explaining the options I had for the service. He sent me my quotes in an email by the next day. I called on a Friday to request information on kitchen under cabinet lighting. Was told a person would call me that day. On Tuesday afternoon the person finally called. I told him not to bother after waiting that long.
