I have been a long time client at Eyecare center south blvd location. I had a 330 appointment with Dr Patel in which she left prior to, without communicating with her clients with appointments or the staff which did not know of her departure. I guess forget about store policy and simple common courtesy and respect for your clients and coworkers. Extremely frustrating experience when you take time away from work to attend an appointment that the doctor completely disregards.
