I am sharing our experience to warn other families dealing with severe, chronic keloids. My daughter keloid was treated here by a doctor named Dr. Shivani Patel. Over the course of 5 injections, the treatment was pushed aggressively without proper systemic monitoring. Dr. Patel is one of the most kind, considerate providers I have been under the care of. She listens to your problems, explains everything in detail, and makes sure all of your questions are answered. I could not recommend Dr. Patel enough, and look forward to continuing having her as my Dermatologist. I would give 10/5 stars if possible.
I have been working with Dr. Patel for several years and see her every 6m for a skin check. She is fantastic and does a wonderful job ensuring my skin is healthy! Very personable and great beside manner. She is always willing to answer any questions and takes all concerns seriously.
