My experience with Dr. Pole has been pleasant . He is a knowledgeable physician. I came to him as a Lymphoma patient and he has monitored my progress. I am no long a cancer patient. I am thankful for that. Dr. Pole ask lots of questions to get a picture of what is going on with the patient’s heath.

I changed doctors to go with him since I figured he would know more about my treatments since he was my primary doctor while I was in the hospital. My experience was not good. As mentioned in other comments, he is very distant with patients. It doesn't seem like he prepares before appointments. I like Dr.Pole he is a good doctor! He very respectful, nice and Professional and knowledgeable about the information he gave me about my health! He he is Cool!
Dr.Pole was my primary doctor during my hospital stay after being admitted with a deep tissue infection. Told me my problem was due to my weight and told me I had to lose a lot of weight. Told me nothing about my actual ailment. I complained of pain and asked for my wound to be redressed, but was told it didn’t need it and was discharged. Went home and my abscess exploded with pus when trying to care for my wound. I’ve also missed 2 doses of my antibiotics because Dr.Pole will not respond to my pharmacy.
Dr Pole was a terrible physician. I’ve only been three tiimes, but each time was 45-60 mins wait, he’d come into the exam room rolling in with his chair and laptop, ask a few questions, type away and send you off. Very poor interaction. His front desk staff are very poor as well. Very unfriendly, It takes call after call after call before someone answers the phone (don’t bother leaving a message, they’ll never call you back). There is room for improvement for his empathy and attention towards patients. During most of my appointments I felt as though he wasn't actually listening to me or my concerns. I also felt as though I had to the research and do the work to find solutions or therapies on my own for my ailments/conditions, as I felt that he would show little effort or interest. Thank goodness that I have PPO otherwise I would have long waiting times for approvals.
Dr.Pole is wonderful he's friendly, knowledgeable took time to listen to my concerns and answered all questions. I never feel rushed and I leave getting the care I need. I was going to there for last two years he has worked diligently with me on improving my blood sugar problem which was at initial stage by recommending proper diet and exercise without medication. I felt he truly cared, was really impressed with this doctor.
Dr. Pole was careless in looking at multiple medical problems including prescriptions that should not be taken together. He failed to order proper tests and ignored high blood pressure and other symptoms. He was very unconcerned saying don't worry about that right now and we don't need to run tests instead of taking care of issues that developed and worsened. He needs to take his patient's symptoms much more seriously.
