Dr. Shiva has exceptional bedside manners. I left feeling heard, supported, and a clear understanding of the next steps in my health journey.
Whoever answers your provider line transferred me 3 times and has an attitude. Unable to reach a MA to send records for a patient who needs a referral. LVM for MA and never received a return call. Your office needs more thorough MA's.
Dr Ratuapli was very kind, intelligent and explained everything in detail.
2nd visit, 2nd location. Staff are friendly and professional. The offices were clean yet didn't smell like antiseptic. Dr. Ratuapli listened intently and provided additional information. With a follow up plan in place.
