First time patient there. Waited 1 hour to be taken back and 30 minutes for the doctor to come and see me. After hour and 30 minutes of wait she came and saw me less then 5 minutes. I have one more test to complete and I honestly won't be back just because of the wait time. I've never had an appointment that I had to wait that long. I know you have to wait but not that long. Please improve that. Its insane. I almost wanted to walk out. Improve you're wait time.
Today was only 1 hour and 45 minute wait. She is a great doctor.
Dr. Maralani was very attentive and explained my problem. She must be good because she was very busy. I waited 45 minutes to get in to see her. On the way out, the receptionist told me "I'm not here. Someone will check you out tomorrow." What??? But I have a question. Someone will check you out tomorrow. Wow! The other workers ignored me too.
I really like Dr. Maralani, but a 90 minute wait to be seen is insane. I appreciate that they had a sign saying how long each doctor was delayed, but that only said 60 minutes and if it’s enough of a consistent problem that you feel the need to put up a sign, then you need to do something different.
