Excellent staff support and one of the reasons I am still alive at 83.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had an appointment today at 3:30 PM and arrived right on time. I was told there would be a “little bit of a wait,” which I was completely understanding about. Apparently, their definition of “a little bit” is very different from mine. I wasn’t even taken back to a room until 4:10 PM, and once I got there, the medical assistant casually informed me that there were still EIGHT people ahead of me. Eight. Dr. Maralani I am sure is a very good doctor but she really needs to take care of her office staff. My first visit was good, I expected to be there long because of the testing that had to be done. But my follow up visit was absolutely horrible. Unacceptable really....4hrs. My appointment was at 4:15pm. I arrived and signed in at 4:05pm. I had pre-registered or checked in on line to save time (so I thought).
