i had an appointment at 2:15 to see Dr. Maralani. I have young children and expected to be done by 3:15 in order to pick them up from school. I sat in the exam room just waiting and waiting for her to come in. At 3pm, 45 minutes after my appointment time I was frantically texting someone to pick my kids up from school. She finally came into the room at 3:20pm and did not apologize for being over an hour behind. I do not plan on seeing her again.
