I had an incredibly positive and healing experience at the Shiva Cor Academy - Coral-Lei's teaching (yin and kundalini) was at a level of depth I hadn't experience before. My sleep quality improved dramatically as a result. I would 100% recommend her classes to anyone with a genuine interest in authentic yoga practice.
Coral-Lei holds a safe and sacred place for you to take a deep dive into whatever you need to explore, release and celebrate. The space itself reflects the nurturing and supportive atmosphere that gets created for everyone. Bravo!
